Our Cause
For those who know Jake, you know that he loved all sports (playing and watching). He also had a special place in his heart for people who had special needs and disabilities. He worked in several jobs helping those with special needs over the years and he would have been thrilled to be a part of a cause that helps them play sports. All proceeds from the golf outing and raffles go directly to The Bridge Adaptive.

Upcoming Event
Join us to celebrate Jake for a cause at the 3rd Annual Jake Meyer Memorial Golf Outing:
- Friday, July 24, 2026
- Tee-off's start at 8:30 am
- Lunch and party afterwards (starting about 1pm)
- Basket Raffle and Split the Pot (ticket information available soon)
Cost:
- $85 per person to golf (includes lunch afterwards)
- $20 per person for the lunch/party only
- Skins (optional) - $10 per person ($40 per team) to be paid in cash on the day of the outing before tee-off
Please pay for golf and lunch ahead of time through Venmo @Dan-Meyer14 or mail check to Dan Meyer (email Dan at danmeyer14@aol.com for his home address).

Raffle baskets will be available at the event. Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20.

You may also purchase tickets ahead of time. Please Venmo @judy-tenhundfeld with payment (and send your email address to jktenhundfeld@gmail.com) and you will receive copies of your tickets via email. Don't forget to state which baskets you want your tickets to go to.
All proceeds from the basket raffle and Split-the-Pot will go to The Bridge Adaptive.
